Saat ini ASIK Mobile digunakan untuk pencatatan luar gedung.  Ini memudahkan tenaga kesehatan untuk mencatat data kesehatan di lapangan secara langsung dan cepat. Layanan yang bisa digunakan untuk pencatatan ASIK adalah imunisasi, bayi balita, remaja dan usia sekolah, dan ibu hamil.
