# Data Sasaran Tidak Ditemukan

Jika data sasaran tidak ditemukan pada program imunisasi padahal sudah pernah melakukan penginputan data, mohon untuk melakukan pencarian berdasarkan nama dan tanggal lahir.

Apabila data tetap tidak ditemukan, laporkan melalui email aduan ke <helpdesk@kemkes.go.id> dengan melampirkan:

1. Informasi Data Sasaran (nama lengkap, NIK, dan tanggal lahir).
2. Bukti kendala yang dialami (misalnya, tangkapan layar kesalahan sistem).
