# Data Pencatatan Tidak Berhasil Tersimpan

Jika data ibu hamil yang telah dimasukkan tidak berhasil tersimpan atau tidak muncul, padahal data lainnya berhasil disimpan, beberapa kemungkinan penyebabnya adalah:

1. Data Wajib Belum Diisi: Pastikan semua kolom yang wajib diisi telah terisi dengan benar. 
2. Masalah Jaringan: Koneksi internet yang tidak stabil dapat menyebabkan masalah saat menyimpan data. Error Sistem: Kemungkinan terjadi error pada sistem saat proses penyimpanan.
