**Menu Daftar Individu** adalah fitur yang dibuat untuk mencatat data setiap individu yang menerima layanan di Puskesmas. Data ini mencakup semua kelompok usia dan dicatat satu kali sebelum pelayanan dimulai. Informasi yang terkumpul menjadi dasar perhitungan sasaran pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas.
