**Untuk Level Dinkes:**\
1\. Gunakan kode wilayah untuk username dan password.\

**Untuk Level Puskesmas:**\
1\. Gunakan[ kode fasilitas kesehatan (faskes)](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jOf5TvUzA3nSsZ11hhH5HH2-f4ua1ss0GIn5oCQhiHQ/edit?gid=10661234#gid=10661234) untuk username.Password adalah kombinasi huruf dan angka yang telah ditetapkan masing-masing faskes.\

**Alternatif untuk Kedua Level jika password diubah:**\
Berkordinasi dengan tim program Imunisasi atau PTM untuk mendapatkan akses username dan password jika kode wilayah atau faskes tidak tersedia.\

Ya, username dan password berbeda untuk setiap level:\

Dinkes (Dinas Kesehatan): Username menggunakan kode wilayah Kemendagri. Password dapat diperoleh dengan berkoordinasi dengan tim program Imunisasi atau PTM.\
\
PKM (Puskesmas): Username menggunakan kode registrasi puskesmas. Password juga bisa diperoleh dengan berkoordinasi dengan tim program Imunisasi atau PTM.\
\
Posyandu: Biasanya dikelola oleh kader yang memiliki akses langsung melalui ASIK Mobile. Password untuk kader dapat disesuaikan dengan pengaturan di aplikasi.
